Serenity’s Wedding Day

As you see the morning stream
Through slim shadows of your dream
In kind accord before his eyes
Your Wedding Day now realized…

You have channeled, challenged, then
Picked the pieces up again,
Saw that freedom’s price was high
And said to him, “You’re MY guy,

You’ll see me through night and day
Each of us shall have our say
It won’t be easy, we’ve seen worse
But our I Do’s have been rehearsed,

And I shall love you as I do
For through it all, we see true,
Now is the moment, shall it be?
Will you be my Eternity?”

He shall bend over your fine hand
Saying he is yours by God’s command
The wedding day shall swirl to night
And your world will be just right.

smiling...a funny thing happened on the way to the altar...

just kidding. But we DID get the a.o.l. bill right before we left (him wasn't happy)

and yes, I wore SHOES. and stockings. and panties. AND A BRA. and a garter. in August. in NEW ORLEANS. (me wasn't happy) yes people, I wore a dress too...heh heh.

But now? Mrs. Blaise is blissfully barefoot!
