We have a Kaleidoscope of poets
who write thoughts upon this page
some words are full of loving intent
while others are filled with rage.

To try to name all of these poets
would be an incredible task
but I enjoy every written line
in these poetic words I bask.

I could never name you all
nor would I ever dare to try
but I thank you for the words
that bring the happy or the cry.

We write our books of poetry
as each day we visit here to read
and in each others written words
we fill our insatiable need.

I have read all the poets here
some from near, and others far,
in honesty I say I have never seen
such a shining group of poetic stars!

Enjoy life, this is NOT a dress rehearsal.

Isn't this so true...we think we could begin to name them all, and then new shining stars join our galaxy of friends...there have been times I've tried to pull forth the specialties of poets, their style and flair, and I'm left drowning, so many are our there!

I agree! I enjoy reading them all, too. You are one of them yourself.

When my muse has abandoned me and I lose my creative way I look into the galaxy of poetic stars that shine on each page of passions. They tell me where I am and put me back on course.

Every day is like being a kid in a candy store around these 'blue pages.' It is truly inspiring the number of remarkable and talented poets and the words they write. And, I definitely include you as one of them. Thank you.

I liked this very much.  Hugs, Marti

I like this, it feels good to have a place where you can be considered a star. And each one of us has a little piece of the glow. (Some may be the whole star, but that's ok, I am happy just to join them)
