serenity tags Anvrill, Anvrill tags wranx etc. etc.
"Belle" (the one that I should  have never let get away) This should satisfy my obligation. Working on another, (1st) may or may not finish it.

Belle

I was at my best, when I was with Belle

She said that she thought me handsome
And against all laws of nature
I was transformed into someone
That even I had to admit
Was passably pleasant looking

She told me once that I was an artist
And I became infused with a new creativity
Inspiration and direction came easily

When she told me that I was generous
I became comfortably philanthropic
With my time, money and effort

She would say that I was loving
And indeed, I did love her
I was truly at my best with her

I wish, now, that Belle had called me devoted
Or told me that I was faithful
Or that she would be all that I would ever need

Or that she hadn’t said goodbye

awww...guy...haven't we all wanted so much more...seems to me I've had to *pretend* not to want to actually get...sighs to me...

and this:
"I was transformed into someone
That even I had to admit
Was passably pleasant looking"

I picture you struttin proud as a rooster here...chest puffed out and all...

you did that on purpose, no??

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...
