Nothing is what it seems And yet I wander on in life Living, yet not alive. I see faces So many smiling and normal And I wonder Why can't that be me? I am trapped Nothing is normal Reality is a dream I do not comprehend I will never comprehend Maddening! Screaming! Crying to be heard! Why am I never heard? These walls that contain me Drown me, weaken me I am nothing here But then what is nothing When nothing is what it seems? Now who can tell that I just finished a psych rotation???LOL! |

Hi Sunshine and Marge! Thanks for responding, I appreciate your comments. It's good to pop in and check out some good poetry, while I am supposed to be writing my research paper. LOL!--This is my sanity break. Things are going well, and I just may pop in more, in between semesters. Thanks again--this forum is wonderful  |
