State Of Affairs

The power that magistrates
loose leafed in a spiral
lost letters engraved in my heart
a match made in heaven
set aside by it self
outside of a dream state of mind.

A love in the making
giving and taking
cross examining the state of affairs
principles non paralleled
tempered concisely,
a strange magic floating on air.

Fitting in pieces
between now and then
abides by the customs
formally recognized
the laws written free of their will.

A place out of time
that I can call mine
binding together
my aching subdued
turning to bend as we mend~
