(I went to Sea World last Tuesday.) I went to Sea World The first thing I did Was feed the dolphin Some fish I hated touching the fish It was slimy and scalely But if I got to pet the dolphin I don't care The dolphin saw the fish in my hand And swam over in delight He ate my fish As I pet his bottle nose Much to my delight Cold hands means a warm heart [This message has been edited by the_loner_23 (07-08-2002 12:17 PM).] |

Dolphins are very special animals and have quite a connection with humans...I am sure you will never forget the experience. [one small critique...drop the s from pets and it will read a bit better...] |

Seaworld is a wonderful place, vivid and bright just as this poem is vivid and bright. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

Definitely an awesome poem! Julie, you should get your work published. What is life without poetry and adventure? |
