Petroglyphs on river sandstone read carved in stone while you're in bed rivers now dammed occlude the art iron age man would wake in a start ancient words were pics of life symbols for display carved under knife near dinosaur footpaths all worn down cultural disappearance makes me frown wonder how those carvings came to be stone messages, near groves of jasmin tea bas reliefs on river sandstone beds carved in stone, waiting to be read. |
