Dreamers Mist In dreamers mist I wandered free Cast off the cares and day’s worry I met a soul whose artless guile Was tempered with a hint of wile We paced the lane that led therein Wondered about the ease of sin Then in reflected light I saw The reason souls could find to soar In dreamers way I floated high While resting in the arms of why? Upon a cloud of fluff and mist Relived the wonder of hope’s kiss In trust I reached on out to you And prayed that I would get on through In love's wonder the touch of Oh Is held within the dreamers flow In dreamers sway I danced in light Under a moon that hovered bright Its silver glow illumed my eyes Caressed my soul with sweet surprise The why of you revealed to me Your yes is whispered hopefully Dreamers delight covers my soul I stay in hopes of being whole Marsha Breathe through the heat of our desire Thy coolness and they balm Let sense be dumb let flesh retire Speak through the eathquake wind and fire Oh [This message has been edited by Marsha (06-29-2002 07:32 PM).] |
