My first attempt Come Spring By L. J. Renaud When will the red breasted robin sing ? Winter winds whistling is all we hear, A sunless sky making gray days cling. And the cold March days make us fear, A world of cold and ice, forever reigns. Now dark clouds fill the sky, bringing snow. Now dark clouds fill the sky, with springtime rains And the green leaves now glisten and glow , Lilacs spraying fragrant smells through the day While hares and does across meadows run, And chipmunks play, hoping spring will stay And when the flowers again smile at the sun Then a glorious chorus of birds will sing Then a glorious chorus of birds will sing From Poems of Spring By L.J.Renaud |

interesting poetry format, though you can add a little thought to it. you can play around with the spacing and make the spaces so that they match the poems subject |
