Here is the next challenge after DreamEvil's "scare him to death..." challenge. We've most of us suffered losses, and some of us, during the holiday season. Here is the challenge: either in prose or poem, give us your feelings of going through a holiday season [your choice] in the middle of, or directly after, a painful situation. [Of course, it can be fiction.] I know this will not be easy; I've done it in some poems [years after the fact, as there are some things that never leave us] and am interested in how others coped through their times. I hope it becomes a learning/sharing event for all of us. Thank you. ------------------ Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

SD - To some people, a birthday is a holiday - some take a whole week to celebrate it. In this context, I am going to say, "Go Ahead". |
