O.K., i have been trying to wrtie a sestina, to say the least, it is not easy, but here is my challange: write one! such a pain in the butt, i mean i can make a stanza, but then the rest dont sound right, i just need to find my ending words that i feel can go through the whole poem then work from there, so it si back to the drawing board...hopefull this wont take the rest of the year  |

was worried about putting mine out there..what you see is pretty much the first draft! i had alot of fun, but, i didnt bother spending too much time on it..i think it would have driven me crazy |

I loved your sestina, Muted - I put my comments on the main page. But, I wanted to write here as well. Wonderful! I also am working on writing a sestina. Wow. Now this is definitely a challange. I understand your pain eor! ;-) I did a couple that are not good and started a couple alright ones that I can't seem to finish. I lose it somewhere after the third stanza. Anyway.. I'm working on it. Great job Muted. Keep up the work eor! |
