Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

Anyone? Anyone? These lines have been in my head for months!!

hay i tried its not very good but tell me what you think:

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go
my minde is clear from you
you no longer care
you were the scattered few
who were never there

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go

Petals melting on my tongue
exploding stars of galaxy--
I am drinking wildflowers
walking down a hot tar street...

?

and an oops corrected!

Oh yes, Serenity is Goddess.

But ....

my stab:

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

Losing all your scent.
Your face in slow rewind.
I need to know yr went.
What I lost I need to find.

Hmm ... Serenity wins.

She said burn ... together.

Whispers in the night
Clouds forming in the day
Eagles taking flight
& Daydreaming in rain

Don't hold back the words you really mean.

Walking in the rain
Catching falling snow
Picking wildflowers
and learning to let go

Talking through the pain
The meadow breezes blow
Wading through the river
and trying not to slow

Lightning threads the canopy
and glows in my cloudy eyes
falling leaves encircle me
Breathe in the forest's life

Walking in the rain
Catching falling snow
Smiling at the flowers
Breathe out; let it go...

"The soul is oftentimes a battlefield where reason and judgement wage war on passion and appetite."

Just experimental....

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

Letting go of pain
To stop the dreading cold
Piecing the stray petals
& Forming hearts a-whole

Kneeling in the rain
Beaten by my foe
Blood drips on flowers
Now comes the final blow.

Opeth that sounds sooo good!!!

my turn....

The wind attacks my face
Forbidding me to go further
Blood-soaked flowers fill the place
Evidence of love's murder

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

Silver lines the clouds
That gently slip away
Breezes whisper love notes
To trees that softly sway.

Though the fallen leaves
Have turned a shade of gold
The dreams of song and honey bees
Are ones to cherish, hold.

=====
I tried. ^^ It was fun though! Good luck with the rest of it!

Well here's my two cents...I wrote TO it rather than AWAY from it...

Standing on the porch,
tears in both our eyes,
we both knew it was coming to this,
now we were saying goodbye.

Stepping off the porch,
afraid to look back,
I felt it all at once,
and the tears began to fall.

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

In the spring of your life,
A hint of rain to fall.
Winter sneaking in,
No one heard the call.

Now you've slipped away,
Rain has begun to flow.
My heart grew cold so fast,
I think it's turned to snow.

Walking in the rain,
Catching falling snow,
Picking wild flowers
& Learning to let go...

ah, Larry, You called the rain all over again... we will never forget Ginger Michelle.  This particle was meant for your pen. and i know it is so hard to let go, and memories won't be enough for a long time. My heart still cries for you.

Sorry Rayne, just had to say something to Larry...  I have no offering for this stanza... all tapped out.

Dear SummerRain.  I just found this and it looked like fun.

Don't know where you are.
When it rains it snows?
And with flowers to pick?
A place anything goes.
