Hi! i've been thinking about DNA. deoxyribonucleic acid. in short, the "nature" part of people. 4 bases, A G C P (?) yet so many combinations result. can we do that in poetry? 4 words is likely too limiting. (maybe not, though, thinking about it and scribbling, i did one with only 4 and it's kinda neat! yeah, it's at the end, starts at the ...) how about 10 words and 20 lines? (how about i introduce the concept, shut up, and see what happens?) this is probably based on kahlil gilbran (sp?), who said something like: "until we reduce the language to 7 words, we'll never learn to communicate" only 10, choose very carefully or you'll sound like Tarzan, after the tree. rhyming or not, perhaps also use all the words as the title? anyway, there is a poem here somewhere... "you me kiss we" we kiss, me, you we kiss, you, me you kiss me me kiss you you kiss me kiss we kiss you me kiss we me, you, we kiss weird? look, i don't use this name for no reason...tom |

This is a great idea, but it is a challenge, so it will be moved over there! Thanks! |
