Why can't you, Walt? They say everything's better the second time around, so go for it! ~sky I'm in charge, and I say question authority! |

(sad sigh) I know just how you feel, sweet friend, I too always feel depressed when I look back on my childhood for I was abused physically and emotionally and never got to enjoy any of the pleasures when I had no friends to support me! (big hugggssssss) This is a powerful lament, sweet friend, I hope everything is alright now, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Walter, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

~Walt, reading your thoughts here, loving the references to back when, what flashbacks,...and then, what aching reality, lol. Take care. *Peace. |

Walt we could if we weren't so busy working to pay for the house and the car and other toys we like...fear not...if you don't make it before you turn 50 then you can go out and buy a red sports car and enjoy your second childhood then...James |

Just so it is clear to everyone. . .Walter indulges himself at the toystore on occasion. And when it is birthday-time for our oldest son, or Christmastime, he is right there next to him at the toy aisle helping to make the selection. . .as if the toy were for himself, convincing him that the toy he is interested in "sucks", and this one here is so much better. But there is certainly something to be said about nostalgia. My kids have never heard of hippity hop or a lemon twist or a sit-n-spin. Thank you Walt for remembering childhood things. Everyone needs that |
