Drought breaks (Oh Thank God) I will take humidity Pray You ease the parch Let me fear not now Thankful prayers came too soon Rain us once each day Let lush find its way We have been without too long More than ponds need fill Let us not hear words Let the Sun shine in O Lord It needs a break, too |

If you start getting too much rain send it on over to the eastern part of the state...we could use it too. |

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Karilea, I kniow exactly how you feel, for your neighbor to the west is in the middle of the worst drought too since 1977! (sigh) I haven't heard the Farmers Almanac yet but I only pray that much rain will fall and enrich the soil and vegetation in Colorado and Kansas and all over, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Kari darling sister of my heart, Your words like crystal rain falls blessing the drought of arid places in this readers heart. admittedly I haven’t got any arid places in my heart but that’s because I take a dose of Kari at least once a day and often a lot more than that One day I shall read one of your poems and say Oh that’s not as good as her’s usually are!! ………. And that day will be when the earth stops turning time rolls backwards, the sun falls from the heavens and the rain falls up. Absolutely wonderful exquisite writing, I love it. has that made the smile warm your eyes and settle briefly on your lips? I hope so Love and warm stuff As always Mushy To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace Luke 2:79 |

Lauren~ Step through the barrier of my mind, enter my soul, feel my desire, let my eyes guide you into the shadows of my heart [This message has been edited by Greeneyes (04-18-2002 12:26 PM).] |

Sunshine - this is very good...especially with the scent of rain in the air on this unusually hot April day. Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |

I've read this several times... and like it more each time I read it. *S* There are so many wonderful images... and whether intended or not, I find myself sliding effortlessly into thoughts of other droughts that need their desperate thirsts quenched... what rain refreshes a damaged heart? *S* |
