Our Sacred Fire - a duet by Morcastlin and Silver Streak - Morcastlin * Silver Streak * Bright cotton clouds in a rainbow heaven Float slowly through my soul when I'm with you You bring me joy and peace as we leaven Bake warm sweet bread with your rich golden hue. - My dear, your soft words send my heart to soar And my spirit within me does flutter Our mingling souls cause a joyous uproar With our love-prayer in Heaven to utter. * But my dear, don't you know I'm captured by Your radiant glowing emanating Glorious exploding ray of heat, sigh Our synergy, energy creating. - I'm fevered from love's friction, flaming Sacred and sweet, warm balm of our bonding Hot burning embers spark without taming Your tender touching keeps me responding. * O darling, heaven listens to your sounds Of Love's sweetest song in angelic keys As bright new stars and planets dance around No sweeter notes of music play, than these. - Yet, such angels and saints could not believe A love which prays proud these passionate hymns Faith's fire forging 'til the Heavens conceive Our great living love, this torch never dims. * Explode O heavens! Spew thine rich debris All nature bows to our hot love in Thee. Our Sacred Fire c2002Bonnie B.
