Today went by in a blurry haze
Rejoicing the life of someone so true
This person wasn't a someone
She was a gift from the heavens
She was taken from us to become
The teacher and guide of the angels
Today I renewed the day
Seeing her face that one last time
Hugging Her father, and other family
I could feel her watching down on all
I thank thee for letting me
Renew the day
Renew my heart
Renew my love
Renew my spirit.

I thank you all.

God has not taken away from us
He has just borrowed
Soon he will return her to us
In another land
He will let us always remember and love her
and be together as one

This poem makes probably no sense and is probably not my best piece. I wrote it with no thought put into it just random thoughts I have had. I most likely will edit it in the next few days and make it actually measure up to my other pieces.

Godbless

It makes perfect sense to me. Thank you for your remembrance of Ginger, and for being there to help her earthly father and family through the toughest day imaginable.

It makes a lot of sense Kelly. It must have been a painful day for you all…it is so hard to say goodbye to someone who has touched so deeply. So glad you shared this here. Hugs to you.

Yes, it does make sense.  A very pleasant and light read.  I like it.

Don't hold back the words you really mean.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Kellie, this poem makes so much sense to me, sweet friend, and I know deep down Ginger's family and Larry will always be blessed to have such a loving friend like you who will always touch Ginger's hert as she will always love you and remember you and guide you with love from up above! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, my thoughts are with you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kellie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I remember the smell of Larry's Leather Jacket and I haven't worn my lavender dress since the funeral, I never washed it, Its stillhanging in my closet.. sometimes when my window is open I get whiffs of larry's leather jacket and the memories fly into my mind.
