I floated to her surface.
We magnified the sun.
The salt of dewing sweat
upon the crashing shore.

We floated to the surface
of magnifying sun.
And then the sky fell over.
Her eyes were green as clover.

I floated to the surface
of extinguished sun.
Held its coldness in my hands.
Squeezed the dead star gone.

We floated to the surface
and spun like waxy water.
I wish I knew yr laughter.
I wish I knew what was the matter.

We float on to the surface
and learn to hold on.
The sun has turned to moonbeams.
The stars all leak and run.

We float down to the surface
and pray the darkness ends.
Going down straight river.
Yet still finding the bends.

We float to the surface.
Into each other's arms.
The night is long and cold.
Keep us safe from harm.

She said burn ... together.

This is fantastic, especially the lines:
'The sun has turned to moonbeams.
The stars all leak and run.'
I love those lines. Wow.

BSquirrel~

So fully-ripened with imagery is this piece~

'We floated to the surface
of magnifying sun.
And then the sky fell over.
Her eyes were green as clover.'

Just splendid poeticism~

Mike darling boy OH my word this is excellent writing, what can I say darling heart your writing shines through every single word. You’ve always written well, often excellently right now you are simply soaring.

You know I love this, it flows with the smoothness of silk, beautiful work darling boy utterly utterly superb, and of course I love it utterly.

The imagery in this is one of your best I think, truly exquisite writing
