If I kissed you, all to softly, And whispered just the truth, Would you tell me that I'm beautiful, And keep me here with you? If I wanted ,all to badly, To adore you just this once, Would you reconsider everything, And just welcome my touch? If I promised, all to often, That it wouldnt mean to much, Would you stand here and catch me, Just in case, I fall in love? If it left me, all to lonley, The warmth of your embrace, Would you hold me just this last time, To put a smile on my face? If you forget me, all to easily, And time soon passes bye, Would you leave me quickly, So as not to make me cry? |
