Our next door neighbors just got back from Florida, last week...I guess people who live in Florida over the winter but go back up north in the spring are called "snowbirds"  My parents used to be snowbirds until they moved there permanently in 78. Thanks so much,Karilea.... They are Azaelea's alright, but I didn't plant them...I just copied the photo from Webshots....so these were real easy to raise....I didn't even need fertilizer... The truth is, that I have tried to grow Azaeleas for years when I lived in my old house, and they would never grow there, no matter what we did, because we lived in the woods and there was a lot of competition for their roots, by all of the trees and underbrush... ~happy springtime hugs~copyright2002 Lyra Nesius |
