Of Gold and Mold The stairway is a doubting one In shadows gray without the sun A conduit of memory lies Of some hellos and some goodbyes. It is a guide to roads we take A sail upon a rainbow lake There’s nothing firm of solid form It’s misty mist and sometimes storm. It is a tender part of us Of mental rides a mental bus An omnibus of self impose The other halves of just suppose. And symbols are the main exchange The recompense of lever’s change It fills our treasure house with gold That very often turns to mold. So hear me when my dragons roar It is the essence of Seymour. |

Seymour darling boy this is as always simply perfect. Sometimes when the inspiration twirls me around and spins me into dreams I reach out with my mind and feel you there in that sanctum of my poetic thought. Teasing me to stretch my mind a little more, calling to me to condense and distil that thought into pure drops of liquid inspiration. They fall on my page and I’m off again. Truly wonderful writing darling heart, absolutely excellent.
