Goodbye to Late

If I could go back,
Just a couple of days.
I could erase the sadness,
My heart now portrays.
The aching would stop,
My eyes would be dry.
For I had no Idea,
That soon you would die.
I tried to reach you,
But you never were there.
I just should have tried harder,
To show you I care.

Now your gone.
And theres nothing I can do,
But go through my life,
In memory of you.
SO from here on out,
Wherever I may go,
I'll cherish the memory,
I first came to know.
And although your gone,
Your one of my friends.
That I'll never forget,
Until the whole world ends!
