My pen becomes my mouthpiece As I relay my thoughts to you My words coming from my heart For you my audience to view You may not always agree with All the things I have to say My words come from deep within Inside my soul is where they lay My words may speak of hope Or they may be filled with grief The things I write of are many As I relay my loves and beliefs As most of you are aware It is about my father I often write He was such a very big part of me And I still follow his guiding light My words are far from perfect But they are a reflection of what I see And each time I reveal my thoughts I expose yet another picture of me Suetang |

You pen a most perfect picture of yourself. A painting which will grace the walls of PiP forever....Don't ever stop. |

You have such a great way with words. I am always in awe of the things you write and look forward to each and every one of your poems. This was so moving. Your dad was such a positive influence on your life. He is with you always. Hugs, Marti " My wrinkles are badges of courage and reveal that I am a Mother." |

Your words and your kindness continually move me. I believe my words wouldn't have much meaning if it weren't for the inspiration I receive from all the other writers who remain the backbone of my poetry. Take care......Sue Suetang |

There are a lot of facets to our friend, Sue. Thank you for yet another picture. I try not to miss any of your poems--so much caring, generosity, honesty and talent. It's wonderful getting to know our multi-faceted friend through her amazingly insightful poems. Send more pictures (poems) please. Shenachie |

Sue: It is such a compliment to those of us who follow your poems, to have you reveal a bit more of who you are as a person. I always enjoy what you write. My father too, was the mainstay of my life and though he has been gone many years now, I think about him all the time and remember his teachings. Betty Lou Hebert |
