All of a sudden my computer is reading words off the computer to me.It is repeating every thing I type.It Reads the titles of poems to me.It is repeating every letter I type. What is causing this?

Okay, I see I somehow clicked on a narrator to help the blind. I had no idea this was on my computer. As I had been moving files and folders a lot today I Somehow initiated this command. Thanks
