My partner and i recently started a mental health forum. I'm not sure if i'm allowed to post the link, but I will do it here anyway, if there is a problem then just let me know and it will be deleted.
We are only a small community and in need of members so if you want to just help out or come for a chat feel free. Basically it is a site dedicated to supporting people who have depression, anxiety, mood disorders and a range of other health issues, we aren't professionals, just a friendly small community who want to help.
