How long does it take for a photo to appear? I uploaded mine about a week and a half ago. |

I just checked, Julie, and your picture is still sitting in the Review box. Or, at least, I assume it's your picture? Unfortunately, you saved it in a proprietary file format (.psf) that our software doesn't read. You need to upload a .jpg file if you want us to process it. |

Julie, I'm sorry, but you really need to read the Upload Photo page so you'll know what the requirements are. The file format (jpg) is one, but the photo you uploaded is also too small (we can crop and reduce, but we can't easily make pictures bigger). More importantly, it doesn't meet the content requirements. Please read the page and try again? |
