five hairs auburn
curling in
the weight of me--
wishing I could toss a disc.

little slivers of the blonde--
watch me--from the point of this--
exceptional
of India--
cotton cut with strands of silk--
assurance of the rough rawness.
(yes I'll take this bundle-bliss)

spices lure
I bite the end
of a cuban
in wide brim--
popping lower jaw  
I grin--
and grant my brother rings...
