~I wrote this, of course, thinking about my hubby and I...but is it a little too much?Too, oh I don't know, mushy?

I dream of the day we'll be together
The day we'll say "I do"
I dream of the day we'll live together
In a small house for two

I dream of the day we'll move away
To a small house for three
I dream of the day that he will come
Our first born will come to be

I dream of the day we'll watch him walk
Walk from the stage, diploma at hand
I dream of the day we'll watch him grow
To make his own promise land

I dream of the day we're alone
Our children grown and gone
I dream of the day we can rest
The day all we need to do is done

Oh, I even dream of the day we've had enough
And wish to say "good-bye"
I dream of the day that we'll reflect
On all the time that's gone by
