Solutions Come

I often sit down to write
To release the stress in my life
Problems seem to come my way
Almost every single day
But when I sit down
While no one is around
And write them out
I'm less likely to shout
Lord knows, there are many
Way too much for me
As I start to write each one
Solutions start to come
And when I am finished
My worries are diminished
