The Question i need to know somthing besides i miss you i need to be something besides empty i need to hear something besides your words i need to feel something besides your touch i need to be somewhere besides lost i need to be alive again without you but how? -------------------- Spinning tree limbs twist in timeless motion of nature's ballet spinning around wrapped up with the wind and i am spinning in lost circles of learning not to go on lost in something i can't control repeating dreams unrealized repeating hopes unfulfilled turning over and over again sommersalting in patterns of how to make this stop time to catch my breath unwrap myself from this blanket of loss turn off the wind and dream another dream that can happen ------------------------------ My answer lost every thing bankrupt nothing left but tatters gather them up weave them together into something beautiful carefully sewing patterns of colored rainbows out of threads of gone that's how to survive beyond the loss of all but me Comment: these poems all grew out of each other on a day i was lost in the recall of that something lost that would never be regained. Oh, yes!i'm much better for it! glad to have lived those days, and now so glad they are only memories. [This message has been edited by abbe (02-23-2003 07:54 AM).] |

I loved all 3 of them. Very heartfelt. Cold hands means a warm heart |
