~*~ Close your eyes, Relax and let go. Breathe in...breathe out... Breathe in...breathe out... Breathe in...breathe out... Breathe in wellness and peace, Breathe out all stress and negativity. Sink into the downy softness. You are safe and warm. You are loved. You are here and in the moment. There are no pains from the past And no fears for the future. You are in the glorious present. Chris, I am so glad that you think it worthy of your library! This is rather amazing that you clicked on it as soon as I posted this poem, because it was not in existence 5 minutes ago! I was sitting at the computer and suddenly took a sharp intake of air and realized that I must not have been breathing very well. Something had upset me this evening and I was in a state of discombobulation! I then wrote the poem as you see it and now its in your library! I find that rather amazing! Warm nighttime hugs, Linda |

Alyssa ~ I very much appreciate sweet and thoughtful reply! Word of advice: Remember to "Breathe"! It does wonders whenever you are stressed out. Aenimal ~ I strive for a state of Zen in my life---"strive" may not be the correct word--that is not a very Zen thing to do! I live a beautiful life and am surrounded by fountains, crystals, twinkling lit up japanese trees, candles, New Age music, angels (real and otherwise!), lanterns and floral essences. I meditate and create--the rest of the time I am worked off my feet and have to deal with the stresses of the world and those for whom I love. lol ---So you can see why I try to make my home a refuge of peace and beauty! ~ Just breathe; Just be; Warm morning hugs, Linda |
