time                      it is
to write            this song
for Marge my lovely friend
because I know that from
her heart it's only love
she sends. That's why
dear Marge this
little heart is
given by me
to you
dear      gal      smile
my friend            for I love
you to pieces, and if the sun's
not shining and clouds are
what we see, then think
of me, the dutchie lass
smiling braided me
because we are
true friends
always
will
be
