Ripped into pieces seperate like our lives glide in the only beauty they shall ever posess falling in light of day to dark ground level feet trample submitting grimy evidence of uselessness seldom pity wipes clean still sometimes faceless saviours pick up and jigsaw unfolds to be looked over and given home. learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love. |

Gemma, Interesting write. Something to think about for sure. Perhaps there are many who help put us back together again, a word there, a hug here, even a truth we don't like to see, all help in producing untimately a beautiful picture. That is how I view what I read but rarely meet what poet's intention was. You caused me to think and that is what poetry should do. Thanks, Hugs, Pat ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.. |
