Desert wind flips and rolls like train... of thought irrational brief hauntings invade and strike gold bribing my mind to meet with you weakened soft bones raising alarm of alien desert ahead its all the same but no one tells me echo does the grief and melting re mould and glue with useless care it never existed why do you pry? shake the hand of worry offer a seat the company evokes images black inconsistant ventures to unseen still i give with each curious gaping wound to what isnt mine. learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love. |

This is extremely well written. It stirs up so many emotions for me. Thank you I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man. |

Gemma, Though I am not that familiar with your past poetry to offer an opinion, in this one, I really like the first six lines, especially. Writing is a wonderful way of self-examination and sharing it sparks memories or feelings for the reader. Thanks for this, Hugs, Pat ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.. |
