My love, please go
to the well of my soul.
For it overflows with tears
of sad yesteryears.
Do not drink of it just yet
for it is toxic.
You were called upon
to extract the poisons.
With love and patience
it can be be purified.
Then you may sip
of the authentic me.

Pat, This is really beautiful and it does need to be moved. Hopefully they'll allow that since you are new here and probably didn't realize this happens ever so often.
