nail driven
silver spike
Breach the flesh
within my chest
consume
my tomb

I beg of you
resume
your deed
for me
please

Deliver me

littlewing - Your writing cries out when I read the words. Sad coming from a heart like yours...

This does justice to your title and then some.
Methinks your littlewings are tougher than that.

You know I admire your intensity, and how you fly so high~

Bluesy - thank you - yeah - I know
my wings are stronger - I am just whining

Bill - so very sweet from a true heart as yours

Ed - I'll take you up on that offer please

Dixie - Yes I am ok - just a write and thank you for your kind invitation - I just may take you up on that as well

Thanks guys xxoo

I wrote this not in the fashion that I now see as it reads (like a vampire or something) - but moreso like a nail being driven - hence love - into my heart - the tomb - begging love to please deliver me and keep its promise . . .  yes I know STOP listening to music while I write . . .

Sue~
Wow...powerful stuff here.
Glad to know you're ok,
and that it's 'just a write'.
Hugs to you,

Sue, I'm also glad that this is "just a write" and not the way you're really feeling. I'm glad you're doing okay, too. I also am just an e-mail away, if you ever need to talk. Being alone with our thoughts can get pretty depressing at times. I know.

Okay, just wanted you to know that you're not alone here, friend. You are just too sweet and have such a humble heart. That makes people want to reach out to you.

Take care, little one,

Heart Hugs,
Ethel

Sue,

I love this! Such power with so few well chosen words. Could also be taken religiously. I like your explanation.

Amazing! Enjoyed much, Hugs, Pat

Sue- It has taken me almost 5 minutes to figure out how to intelligently respond to this... and I still can't figure it out. it is absolutely impossible to imagine that this was "just a write" and that there were no personal feelings behind it. As that is the case, then I hereby officially resign from the writer's profession... I'm still going to write, however, I'll stop calling myself a writer. There is no way I can ever get as... hell, I don't know... anywhere near the bar that this write sets. You have just gone way too high.

When the morning cries and you don't know why...

Pat - thank you so much - I guess it can be seen like that - everyone is seeing this one differently - but not my intention - I do love other intrepretations though . . .

Brad:
What you have said up there has made me feel so good - I am truly humbled - but you are most definitely a writer in every sense as we all are - just happened that this one popped out . . . sometimes I do not know where they come from - your words made me smile but please - you are quite amazing yourself.  Thank you - the edge I was going for was Love to come and deliver me - like a spike shattering the walls around my heart - so I could fall in love - asking love to please deliver me - this one can be seen in many ways - and yes it is a write - "just" a write - well . . . .

Thanks guys xxoo
