Upon Celebrating My Birthday By Getting My House Tented For Termites |

Upon Celebrating My Birthday By Getting My House Tented For Termites And why not, exactly? Seems to me it works on every level, especially the irrelevant ones like you’d maybe make a poem about. Why not make it about stopping that slow insectile fire that sneaks inside the dark, gobbles my substance from within, like swift weather would nibble inward from without? That sounds like a birthday, Or could we make it about escaping the house just in time, into hotel luxury for three days, and not having to drive anywhere? Yep, there’s a present in that, and speaking of, why not make it about, three days later, opening a giant present that I may have paid for myself but at least got to choose? Why not, exactly? |

Ed...My house has gone camping three times...with very large tent...the time with three little kids in hotel just three blocks away, wasn't quite as fun as the other times. Still here the termites at night chewing though...go figure.  |

the irrelevant ones like you’d maybe make a poem about. Why not indeed? *S* For the poems certainly aren't irrelevant! LOL I like this very much... from the days in a luxury hotel to the giant wrapped present... the perspective of celebrating the opportunities instead of grouching about the necessity is refreshing... whatever the occasion. *S* |
