She had been hurt so badly
her heart being stepped upon
She had planned to run away
when someone used a certain tone

When she first met him
it was hard for her to believe
That the words he said to her
were not only meant to deceive

There had been another
who had said his love was true
She had given her all to him
but found it had been wrong to do

Then she wondered after awhile
if this new love would be worth the chance
And that maybe he was different
not just the same old song and dance

For if she allowed herself
again in love to fall
She definitely wanted this love to last
and them their years be together all

Now, all through these years together
her moods put his love to the test
She was slowly realizing that
he is nothing like the rest

With every one of those tests
his love has proven true
She is finally coming to the conclusion
taking this chance was right to do

For he has treated her with much patience
giving to her his undying love
She is so thankful she gave to him her heart
and believes he was sent to her from up above

(extra special angel hugs) I am so happy for you and Gary and I hope soon you can meet each other all the time and be together forever, I still long for my dream girl so much and have these same feelings and cry thinking of my love being like an angel from heaven, we all love you so much! Dixie, see, I told you that I understand you. It's really hard to trust someone with your heart again after it has been broken. But, I'm so glad that I took the chance and gave Gary my heart. It is well sorth it.
