God I have several brothers and sister but I only had one brother and sister I was raised with God my sister is so sick and it is hard for her to try to eat she is in so much pain God you have already taken my brother to be with you please don't take my sister also I could not stand life with out her the only way I know to help her is to pray for her The doctors really do not know how to help her but god I know you can help her I have always tried to take care of my little sister but I can not take this sickness away from her God she means so much to me it breaks my heart to see her going through so much God will you put your hand over her for me you see god I am not ready to give her up God I know you are hearing my pray and I hope you do not see fit to take her from me now God she is the only full blood siblig I have left so will you let me keep her a while longer Real friends celebrate in who we are and have faith in all that we can become Lots of Love Rita [This message has been edited by carol (03-28-2003 11:32 PM).] |

Carol, I don't know what to say! This took my heart completely. I feel for you so much as I hate to feel helpless when I see someone hurt, let alone, family. I am sorry for her and for you. Rita, I know how you wrote your heart in this poem, because I know you. You know when you first read it to me that it made me cry.....well, it still does. The reader can feel your hurt in it. carol, i definitely felt the pain and anguish from this piece...and i appreciate you placing yourself in God's hands for surely He is the best person for such circumstances huh?...i hope you will gain closure and peace, regardless the outcome hugs |

Carol, What Kaile said. Also, may God give you strength and perseverance through this difficult, sad time. May He relieve you both of suffering, in His way, in His own time, His will be done.
