Last night the moon sat down upon the hill
In haloed glow it teased
"Watch me!"
"Any second now
I am going to roll right down this hill
Just watch me!"

And so I gazed upon it
Watching so curiously

Then moments later
Still glowing

I thought I heard the moon laugh
When my eyes saw him
Rise above the hill
Then I thought I saw him wink
Any say..

Made you look, didn't I !
