“A LITTLE GOOFY” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Getting a little goofy I am, not quite sure I know why, could it be something extra, you put in the apple pie… It did taste especially good, not like it was bad, or nuttin, but I is getting a little goofy, it must be,’ hic’, because of sumtin… Maybe the rum I saw you with, when you poured in a little bit, a’hh, you thought I wasn’t looking, wonder if you’re trying to get me lit… Wow, I’m getting a little dizzy, what was in that pie I wonder, and I forgot we were all alone, where’s that bed I ponder… hic… ~~~~ |

Oh Bill, I can't tell you how much this made me giggle. Simply a delight, this is. Thanks so much for this light-hearted fare. |

Do tell, was it the rum or the apple pie, and was it as good for you? ...hic, hehe, pardon me... |

Oh Bill, thanks for the laugh. You had me thinking of the old classic, "Arsenic & Old Lace"...and I couldn't help but grin! |

Oh Bill, thank you for the Sunday morning giggles ....this is great! And I am also learning "sumtin"! There is so much lovely intimacy in these lines. Love, Margherita |

I'll bet you grinned the whole time writing this. Perhaps you know the story of the woman who made her man pour all his whiskey down the drain, except for one little drank, which he sinked. Enjoyed a lot. Ken J Through rubble and trouble and dark of night |

Tickle me will ya again! I love it. This is different from what I have read of yours in the past. I like this refreshing side of your writing. This is a great time for some levity. Sg |

(smiles) Hehehe, maybe that pie had just way too much sugar in it, or the apples were Washington apples! (big huggggsssssss) This is so delightful, sweet friend, hehehe, love this side of you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
