a small gift-- often overlooked for she may have been wrapped in newspaper-- sloppily and quickly wrapped-- not the shiny, metallic flashy colors topped with many a bow-- perfect wrapping job-- that i was looking for i put it aside on the table to play with my expensive toys they all broke--me or walked away i never cut it open never cared now we are loneliness squared. the only people for me are the mad ones-mad to live, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at once--jack kerouac |
