He thrives upon the bite appreciates the bark of life beckons the pain deeper if only to teach him it might as well Filters his thoughts and dismisses clear water wrenches his bruises through too a deeper blue he takes the colour well Hand in hand mockery with acceptance of the false after all its them not him he sees the act applauded and throws his thorns. learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love. |
