Not España nor Lasagne

al dente
con penne
arivaderci
mi compañé

you stole
my noodle
gave to your poodle
too very rudle

so ciao
for now!

Animal Husbandry

the kitten with the mitten
was smitten
by Romeo

the puppy with the guppy
just a yuppy
on cups o’ Jo

the birdie in the dirty
very flirty
with Sally Jay

he’s gone a courtin’
with what he’s sportin’
for a roll up in the hay

it must be spring
I hear the ring
of love all around

it seems that all
of God’s creation
has the world upside down

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Neatly "sprung"!  And I like "rudle" and intend to use it as a noun.

This has the unique feel
of existentialism!
Love it!

When you think you have heard it all,
listen more closely.
