The sun rests upon the water
At the end of another day
Here we lie on golden sands
As the palm trees gently sway

The clouds are edged in gold
Soon the moon will be in view
As we lie here close together
In a hammock made for two

The warm Summer breeze
Brushes gently against our skin
As the next stage of love
Is about to begin

We'll celebrate our love
By the light of the moon
As our hearts join together
And play in perfect tune

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

(smiles) I just love the beach so much and dream of living much of the rest of my life right beside it! (kiss on cheek) This is a gorgeous and balmy romantic poem, sweet friend, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Thank you for sharing warm sunny breezes. For now, I can only go there in my dreams ....

My son leaves for FL this afternoon, college spring break, yikes. He is so excited about being on the beach and who can blame him after the winter we've endured.

This makes me sooooo anxious
for my summer vacation!
Quite lovely, Suetang.

I love the whole effect of this poem... It allows one to visualise the whole scene, the setting sun, the hammock tied between 2 coconut trees... Of course, your picture helped things along the way... heh
