A pound here A pound there Where did they come from I ask myself An inch lost 10lbs at a time never to be found Cut the bread Cut the cake Let them eat ....salad Cut the carbs Eat the fat Fat doesnt make fat I ponder this But alas its true Rejoice I say I can eat my favs A pound lost here A pound lost there Where did they go I no longer ask myself I celebrate and persevere I gained an inch and maybe more I see my toes though lost for sure wiggling sausages no more The chin once doubled has lost his friend Success so elusive is finally within reach My stamina once done within a flash of wink survives now the panting and no mores The mirror once shrouded is the center of my attention I can not hide nor want to A pound lost here A pound lost there I know where they have gone and I have locked the door behind them |

I have to dieted. It feels good when you shed the pounds off. And you work hard not to gain them back. Great write. Cold hands means a warm heart |
