Dim to brightening, Creep sight into the dankness, Sunrise now lighting, Casting back the full darkness, A broken window Allows the day to return back Recovers shadows Overtaking realms of black. Trash and window shards On creaking floors of old pine, A lost play card, An empty bottle of wine, A few nails and tacks, Old and shattered picture frames, A cold pool of wax, Photos of girls without names, And there’s so much more, Hiding where the dark protects, Treasures to explore Where society rejects. Sounds like an old deserted hopuse. Is It? You described it very well... Hugs, Ethel |

I do believe I sneezed in the dust... you put us there, Professor, when you write. Not everyone can do that, but you do. |

"Where society rejects." I am thinking an abandoned house where the homeless hang out? |
