Like a phoenix from the ashes I rise People stare not believing their eyes There's been rumors, or so I've heard said Poor ole Sea, he must surely be dead We've not seen his verse here so long So you know something's horribly wrong A few trials life has sent that is true But somehow I have muddled on through And here I am, I've come back yet again Blood of my soul is the ink in my pen As a poet we have no other choice As we breathe so our poems are our voice I will close with one thought from my heart I've missed you all and your beautiful art Steven Seaman |

Blood of my soul is the ink in my pen Beautiful, powerful, and amazing line! I can't wait to read more of your work. I suppose we haven't met, ~shakes your hand~ I'm Lauren. Your poetry flows wonderfully and you speak with such great words. Hope to see you around!!! I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man. |
