I saw your face today behind the barbed wire. It was not a pretty sight. Your face showed much fright, the urgent need for flight into the darkest night. And I understood. Equines and Humans both suffer when their spirits are corralled, unable to respond naturally to threats to their survival. A barbed wire reality now surrounds us, in more ways than one, pushing us beyond the deepest cuts a body can imagine, into the heart and soul of us where they are fatal to the very spirit of life. The Equine is a flight animal. Humans are fight animals. In my dreams I become one with Equines, and run from Humans. |

I can certainly relate to this one in my own way.Fortunatly sleep still offers me sweet relief. During my awake hours I sometimes have a hard time remembering that I'm the one in control of my own thoughts and it's only me that enables others to make me feel fenced and hopeless.Sometimes a feat easier said then done.Enjoyed, you brought a little reassurance that I'm not the only one fighting with myself and aware that there are solutions. Live like it's your last day... |

Hi Kacy... This was very interesting. For some reason it made me think of the movie "The Horse Whisperer". I loved that movie.... Hugs, Ethel |
