Someone once asked how it could be that I had 100% success transplanting a California native called The Matilija Poppy. My reply surprised them, caught them completely off guard, mouth agape. I told them I asked the plant for permission to remove it from its native spot, and asked if it was OK to repot it temporarily while carefully preparing its new home. I always ask the plant’s permission, then give it the best I know to encourage it to grow and bloom freely before God and all mankind. I’ve done the same with my daughter. And God’s smile can be seen on both. |

Good poem and great transition. This reminds me of my mother, she has a beautiful garden and she tells everyone that her seceret is talking to her roses. Trust me, shr does, I hear her. |

Don't we all need a kind word, a loving thought, and tender hands... don't we all? Smiling with you... |
